Terms of Service

OmniDub provides tools that translate and dub video content into other languages, optionally using a voice model of the speaker. Features and availability may change over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

You keep ownership of the videos, audio and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You promise that you have the rights needed to upload and dub the content.

You may create a voice model only of a person who has given explicit permission, and only for uses they have approved. You must be able to show that permission on request. If a video contains several speakers, each must consent.

You must not use OmniDub to:

• impersonate any person without permission, including public figures;
• create content that is deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or unlawful;
• remove or hide the AI-audio label from dubbed content;
• infringe anyone's rights, or break the rules of the platforms where you publish.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Dubbed audio is generated by AI and is labelled as such. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish, and for following disclosure rules that apply to you.

Prices on our Pricing page exclude applicable taxes. We confirm your plan, price, billing period and included minutes in writing before you pay. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a delivered dub does not meet what we agreed, we will redo it or credit the minutes. Otherwise, fees for work already completed are not refundable unless the law says they are.

OmniDub, its software and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the service as intended.

The service is provided "as is". AI translation and voice output can contain errors, and we can't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, OmniDub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using OmniDub at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. On ending, we will delete your content and voice models as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
